Return Process

  Log into your Xteink X4 account and navigate to the 'Order History' section to select the item you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Secure Packaging

  Place the electronic device in its original factory packaging, ensuring all cables, manuals, and accessories are included to qualify for a full refund.

  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping marks.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the device's condition at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
